Strongman Training

I have been super busy with school, training clients, and training myself. I haven't had much time for writing and updating my blog. I decided to post a little video of Shane Solomon, Derek Stone, and I doing some strongman training. Derek is competiting in April in Chicago. Shane and I are competiting in St. Louis on April 25th. Training is going good and getting intense. Enjoy my mad video editing skillz (yes I said "mad" and spelled skills with a "z"). This training session we performed log clean and press, keg carry, axel deadlifts and loading the stones.
