Easy, Quick and Healthy Chili

With the weather turning cooler I am sure almost everyone enjoys a good bowl of chili. Whether you goal is fat loss, maintenance or muscle gain this recipe will fit the bill. Give it a try and let me know what you think in the comments down below!

This chili is so yummy. The mushrooms give you the mouth feel of having spaghetti in your chili.

Tried the chili. It is so delicious, quick, and Cheap, nice for a coolege student. I put more mushrooms in mine and used some curry powder and cumin as well. Keep them coming!
