Chase, when you do have time to write, how about some insight into getting ready for a strong man comp? There's one here near me in Ft. Myers, around mid to late Sept. I've never entered one and today I start the Size Surge program. I'd hate to not enter and regret it down the road, but I might not be ready.
Perhaps I should go watch it instead to get the jist of it all?
