Things needed:
40 oz. bag of chicken breast tenderloins
Salt & Pepper
Step 1: Place skillet on stove. Open chicken and pour into skillet. Cover in water, add salt and pepper, and boil on high for about 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
Step 2: Let cool then remove Chicken and place in Tupperware. Each piece is approximately 2 ounces.

Chase's Cream Cheese Chicken
Things needed:
8 oz. chicken breast
1 Minute “Ready to Serve” brown rice
1 Green Giant “Just for One” broccoli & cheese
1 oz. Fat free cream cheese
Step 1: Cook rice in microwave
Step 2: Cook broccoli & cheese in microwave
Step 3: Heat up cooked chicken in microwave
Step 4: Mix all in large bowl, add cream cheese and stir.
Step 5: Enjoy!

So fat free cream cheese is Chase Karnes approved? I still feel guilty eating that and ff sour cream...they still taste so good!
Thanks for the comment. Yes, it actually is. It isn't that bad in moderation. Fat free sour cream is good too. I have a great dessert recipe that uses fat free sour cream.
